Refund policy

1 Cat Owners and Cat Sitters can cancel a booking at any point before the Cat Sitter Services start subject to a potential Cancellation Fee.

 

2 Cat Owners and Cat Sitters can cancel a Pre-Booking at least 1 day before the booking starts with no cancellation charges.

 

3 Cat Owners can cancel a confirmed booking at any time before the Cat Sitter Services start, subject to a cancellation fee (the “Cancellation Fee”), which shall depend on the time of notice given by the Cat Owner.

 

4  If a Cat Owner has to cancel during a booking, there will be no refund.
